A: No. Kaleido paints are factory pre-thinned and ready for airbrush use. You can thin further for special effects, but it’s optional.
Q: Can I brush paint with Kaleido?
Yes — especially small details. While optimised for airbrushing, Kaleido brush paints nicely due to its flow-enhanced formula.
Q: Does Kaleido need a primer?
No. Kaleido adheres extremely well to ABS, PE, PC, styrene, and resin. Primers can still be used if desired.
Q: Is Kaleido safe to use indoors?
Yes. It is water-based, odour-free, and non-toxic — excellent for garage or room setups.
Q: Can I mix Kaleido with other brands?
Mixing is not recommended, as RapidAir technology is unique. Stick to Kaleido thinners and cleaners.
